Abstract:
The article for the first time raises the question of the attitude of the great Russian philosopher A.F. Losev to Z.N. Gippius’ poetry, summarizes all the accumulated factual material. The analysis shows that throughout his life A.F. Losev turns to Z.N. Gippius’ poetry. It is shown that the poem “Pereboi” [Heart Failure] had a special meaning for the thinker; it is quoted in philosophical works, epistolary and artistic heritage of the thinker, in whose mind this text was interfaced with concepts that were fundamentally important for him: Science, Music, Love, Faith, and the Heavenly homeland.
