Abstract: This work presents the publication of unknown documents from the collections of the State Archive of the Voronezh Region (GAVO) and the comprehension of Platonov’s business correspondence in 1925–1926, when extensive public reclamation works were carried out in the Voronezh province under his leadership. New archival materials clarify and supply the chronicle of the writer’s life. The article formulates the main directions for further examination of Platonov’s business correspondence materials.
