Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the most important dates in the historical chronicle of the Battle of Stalingrad and their reflection in the Soviet literature of these years: journalism, poetry, prose, ego-documents. A large amount of periodicals, central newspapers, and modern historical research is involved; special attention is paid to works created during the days of the Battle of Stalingrad and included in the golden fund of Russian classics.
