Abstract:

A comparison of the statements of Marina Zotova from The Life of Klim Samgin about the Gnostics with the book of Yu. Nikolaev (pseudonym of Julia Danzas) In Search of the Deity, in which M. Gorky left 86 annotations. Gnosticism Zotova is just a cover for Gorky’s god-building.
