The article gives an overview of information about the publications of translations of lyrics and poems by S.A. Esenin into German along with biographical information about their authors — Waldemar Hartmann, Wolfgang Groeger, Sigismund von Radecki, Luise Hohorst, Jadwiga Lindenberg-Degal, Dmitrii Ussow, Rudolf Hoffmann, Fritz Schwiefert, Rudolf (Rolf) von Hoerschelmann.
