Abstract:

The object of analysis in the article is the lyrical works of Akhmatova of theThe object of analysis in the article is the lyrical works of Akhmatova of thepre-revolutionary period (1904–1917). When studying the specifics of the organizationof the space of the village and suburbs (Tsarskoye Selo, Pavlovsk), special emphasis isplaced on the problem of the subject organization of lyrics: the “real”, expressed image ofthe heroine is correlated with the lyrical self of the observer, whose field of view is wider,the point of view is more transcendental, and the movement of vision is semanticallysignificant. The theme of nature sounds in the poet’s early lyrics in connection with thethemes of love, creativity, art; the originality of space is revealed through the study of asystem of motifs and key images. Since 1915, Akhmatova has been seriously thinkingabout the problem of the role of the poet and the new content of poetry in the situation of asocio-historical catastrophe. The space of the suburb, the village and the image of the oldRussian estate are correlated with the main theme of the time, the tragic sound of whichis given by the motifs of irreversibility of the past, expulsion from paradise, apocalypse.
